We’ll always do our best to avoid charging, but here’s what’s fair:
If our team hasn’t yet mobilised to your site, we’ll absorb the cancellation.
If our cleaners are en route or already onsite, a nominal cancellation fee may apply to cover lost time and transport costs.
We’re not here to trap you in fine print, we’re here to be fair and flexible.
Easy. Just let us know your new preferred time - same day, later in the week, or next month - and we’ll make it happen.
Our scheduling team is responsive, and we prioritise existing clients who need to move bookings. In most cases, we can:
Rebook your clean for a better time slot
Adjust frequency (e.g., from daily to weekly, or vice versa)
Pause services temporarily (great for office shutdowns or renovations)

If you need to cancel a booked job within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a 25% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the costs incurred due to the short notice.
Why this is important: Last-minute cancellations can disrupt our scheduling and resource allocation. The cancellation fee helps us manage these disruptions and snsure fairness to our team.
If you need to reschedule a confirmed job, a 10% rescheduling fee will be charged. This fee is to cover the additional administrative work required to accommodate the change.
Why this is is important: Rescheduling a job involves extra administrative effort to adjust our plans and ensure we meet your new requirements. The rescheduling fee covers this extra work.
