# Dear Office Cleaners At My Work

If our office walls could talk, they’d probably have some interesting things to say.

From whispered frustrations by the coffee machine to passive-aggressive Post-it notes on the fridge, office cleaners somehow become the centre of workplace gossip. It’s never about the *big* things. It’s always about the little, everyday annoyances:

*“Why is there still a coffee ring on my desk?”*
*“Why don’t they empty the bins properly?”*
*“Ugh, now I have to make awkward small talk…”*

Sound familiar? Maybe you’ve been the one venting. Or maybe you’ve found yourself being the unofficial **Cleaning Complaints Desk** for your whole team. Either way, cleaning is something everyone notices - especially when it’s *not* done properly.

## **Why Do We Care So Much About Office Cleaning?**

The truth is, a clean office isn’t just about hygiene; it’s about comfort, efficiency, and pride in the workplace. When cleaning is inconsistent, it’s *distracting*. It chips away at productivity and morale. And yet, we all know that no one really wants to have *that* conversation with the cleaner.

But what if communicating with your office cleaners was as easy as sending a quick text? No awkward encounters, no back-and-forth emails, no more hoping someone else will bring it up. Just clear, seamless communication.

## **Meet the Cleancorp Site Management App – Cleaning, Modernised.**

Pen-and-paper cleaning schedules? Post-it note requests? That’s *so* last century. At Cleancorp, we’ve taken the guesswork out of office cleaning with our **Site Management App**—a simple, powerful tool that connects you directly with your cleaning team in real-time.

Imagine this:

✅ Need extra supplies? **Log it in the app, and it’s ordered instantly.**
✅ Spotted an area that’s been missed? **Snap a pic and send it straight to the cleaner.**
✅ Have specific requests? **Type it in, and they’ll get the message in their own language.**
✅ Wondering what’s been done? **Check the app for a real-time task list.**

No waiting. No miscommunication. Just action.

## **No More Lost in Translation Moments**

One of the biggest challenges in commercial cleaning? Language barriers. Our app solves that. Messages are automatically **translated into your cleaner’s native language**—and when they respond, their message is translated back into English. No more misunderstandings, no more frustration. Just clear, easy communication that works for everyone.

## **Stop Being the Office Cleaning Complaints Desk**

Tired of co-workers treating you like the middleman for cleaning complaints? Now, **everyone can have access to the app**. That means they can log requests, check what’s been done, and communicate directly—without making it your problem.

## **Cleaning Shouldn’t Be an Afterthought**

The cleaning industry in Australia is worth over **$9 billion** and employs **more than 105,000 workers**. Yet, so many cleaning companies are still stuck in the past, operating like it’s 1995.

Not us. At Cleancorp, we use technology to **streamline, simplify, and enhance** your cleaning experience. That means more accountability, better service, and no more office grumbling about missed bins or dusty desks.

You deserve a cleaning company that’s as forward-thinking as your business. One that prioritises efficiency, communication, and high standards.

So, why settle for outdated cleaning methods when you could have **modern, seamless service at your fingertips?**
