Cleaner of the Month, January 2025 | Strata property specialist | With Cleancorp for 3 years
For three years, Joon has quietly built a reputation for reliability and care; the kind of cleaner every site manager wishes they had. Based in Sydney, he primarily looks after strata properties, where consistency and attention to detail make all the difference.
In January 2025, that dedication was formally recognised when he received Cleancorp’s Cleaner of the Month award. “It was a really good, emotional moment,” Joon recalls. “I didn’t expect the award, but I’m really happy and proud of myself.”

For Aloy, cleaning isn’t just a job, it’s an act of service. After five years with Cleancorp, he still approaches every task with the same passion and positivity that first drew him to the team. “Being a cleaner is just like doing acts of service,” he says. “When you’re a cleaner, or whatever you do, do it with passion.”
Known for his upbeat energy and steady professionalism, Aloy takes pride in transforming high-traffic warehouses and showroom spaces into spotless, welcoming environments. His favourite tool? The vacuum; reliable, efficient, and, in his hands, a symbol of pride in a job well done.
He describes Cleancorp as a “fun company” where teamwork and respect make every shift rewarding. His advice to others is simple but powerful: “Be yourself.” And that authenticity shines through in everything he does. A true reflection of the Cleancorp spirit!

When Cleancorp’s Perth Sales Development Representative, Maddie, talks about Imesh, her admiration is clear: “My job is so much easier because of him. I appreciate everything he does.”

That dedication was recognised in March 2025, when WA State Representative Maddie presented him with the Cleaner of the Month award; a moment made even more special as his wife joined to celebrate the achievement. Cleaner of the Month, February 2025 | With Cleancorp for over 5 years
When the Cleancorp team arrived onsite to surprise Bishal with his Cleaner of the Month award, his reaction said it all; genuine pride mixed with his trademark humility. After more than five years with Cleancorp, Bishal has become a benchmark for excellence: there hasn’t been a single complaint from his site, ever. Not even one.
“I like the work very much and the members of the team,” he says. “The office team always gives me good feedback. I’m doing my best because I think every day is my first day, which means I have to work hard and get the best results.”
That mindset shines through in every space he cleans and in the way he represents Cleancorp with pride. “I want my reputation, and the reputation of the companies I clean, to go up and up,” he adds.
Outside of work, Bishal is also a talented musician, a reminder that excellence takes rhythm, dedication, and a whole lot of heart.

Awarded Cleancorp Cleaner of the Month for April 2025, Sakuna's colleagues were quick to nominate him for recognition; a true reflection of the respect he’s earned on the job. As one teammate put it, “Sakuna never cuts corners. He takes real pride in doing things properly, every single time.”

Specialist in industrial and showroom kitchen cleaning | With Cleancorp since 2024
If you’ve ever stepped into one of Sydney’s spotless showroom kitchens, there’s a good chance Herman’s handiwork was behind that perfect shine. Working five evenings a week from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m., Herman takes quiet pride in transforming high-use spaces into gleaming showcases, right down to the last fingerprint.
“It’s satisfying to make something look brand new again,” he says, especially when it comes to removing smudges and streaks from stainless steel stoves and microwaves. For Herman, it’s not just about speed, it’s about precision. “You have to work with patience. That’s the most important thing.”
Beyond his meticulous approach to cleaning, Herman is known for his upbeat, positive energy and the steady reliability that clients and teammates alike value deeply. On Sundays, you’ll often find him unwinding with friends on long walks through the Blue Mountains, recharging in nature before another week of spotless results.

In Queensland’s busy hospitality spaces, where first impressions matter most, Jordan’s work shines every single day. Known for his professionalism and attention to detail, he’s earned the respect and admiration of both clients and colleagues alike.
Nominated by Janelle, Cleancorp’s QLD Representative, Jordan’s dedication stood out across the state. “I was absolutely chuffed that he won,” Janelle said, describing him as a team member who can always be counted on to deliver, no matter how demanding the environment.
